NOSE: Beautiful orange blossom florals unfurl with jasmine, dried and fresh apricot and peach with some persimmon notes.
Savoury on the nose with zesty lime acidity which dances with elegant salinity.
PALATE: Seamless on the palate with flavours of stone fruit, orange pith and almond.
Within the fruit, there’s plenty of delicate detail and finesse.
Salinity and riverstone like minerality follow the fruit.
Chalky tannin structure, slight creamy texture and lovely lime acidity lead to a long, creamy almond finish.
