Wind Song brings together three expressive cultivars: Pinotage for its depth and Cape heritage, Petite Sirah for its structure and inky concentration, and Touriga Nacional for spice and lift.
Together, they create a wine that’s dense yet elegant, showing layers of black plum, roasted vanilla, and a savoury infusion of coffee and dark fruit.
There’s a smoky undercurrent throughout, grounding the wine in Swartland earth and sun.
On the nose, wild black truffle, dried herbs, and umami hints lead the way, complex and savoury without overpowering the fruit.
The palate is rich with texture and silky tannins carrying flavours of ripe blackberries, meaty spice, and oak warmth.
