The Single Vineyard Shiraz is purple-hued with a black core. It is uber rich will thick layers of confected blueberries, sweet spicy oak, a vanilla sheen and floral mix.
Towering and inky, the palate follows through with gorgeous blackberry jam, a hint of mint, peppered salami and violets. A creamy chocolate-scented palate, providing a fine acidity and structured tannins.
The new oak is balanced by a cascade of fruit extract, producing a long, opulent sweetly-fruited finish.
Expect the oak and powerful tannins to integrate over the next few years and mature well for a decade or more.
